Florentino is committed to providing its customers with artisanal ice cream, gelato, and sorbet, created by pastry chefs in compliance with federal, state and county regulations. We comply with a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) plan, ensuring the safety of our food production and are inspected annually by a third party, AIB International.
In addition, we train our staff quarterly in general sanitation best practices. Monthly audits are performed by an outside agency, to ensure our documentation and food safety behaviors are being adhered to.

At Florentino, we do all of our own packaging. Therefore we are able to customize the label with your company logo, the logo of your corporate event or your private party.
To serve the high-quality ice cream as fast as possible to its customers, Florentino runs its own fleet of freezer trucks.
